Daily Life at GHIS

Clubs & Activities

At GHIS, education extends well beyond textbooks. Sick Bay / Health Services

The health and safety of our students are a top priority at GHIS. Our on-campus Sick Bay is staffed with trained medical personnel who are equipped to handle minor illnesses, injuries, and emergencies. Students who feel unwell during the school day receive prompt attention and, when necessary, parents are contacted immediately. We maintain strict health protocols and work closely with families to manage allergies, medical conditions, and preventive care. Regular health awareness programs and screenings are also part of our commitment to student well-being.

Student Leadership & House System

Leadership is not taught in a single lesson — it is developed through experience. Our house system encourages teamwork, camaraderie, and healthy competition. Each student is placed into a house upon joining GHIS, where they participate in inter-house competitions, charity drives, and group challenges. Leadership opportunities are available through roles such as House Captains, Prefects, and Student Council members. These roles help students practice responsibility, decision-making, and public speaking, all while building school spirit and unity.

We believe that physical health is an essential foundation for academic success and personal well-being.
